Antoine Predock’s visionary interpretation of Papagayo’s world apart speaks to us with uninhibited originality and authenticity. Surrounded by protected wildlands and back-to-back bays atop one of Papagayo’s prized promontories, it is pure nature, unleashed. A juxtaposition of rugged and refined, sublime and pastoral. Set apart by design, secluded above it all.
Predock’s low-density landscape approach conserves much of the original landform, preserving natural wonders. Each estate is sited for optimal views and privacy with ample setbacks between buildings. Broadleaf trees in the tropical dry forest canopy provide an added buffer for the built environment and nourishment for the natural world.

filled with the splendor of everyday things, Predock’s poetic rooflines and sculpted streetscape perform an elegant dance of light and shade. Weighty masses and volumes float effortlessly between earth and sky, clinging to a narrow ridge 250 feet above the Pacific Ocean.
